We meet at your business to discuss how we can help you. We’ll let you do most of the talking. We need to listen and learn.

• What is your vision for your company?
• What do you and your company do well, and where do you have problems?
• We want to know what is bothering you the most. What keeps you up at night?

THREE

The next step is to summarize our initial discussion into a list of functions and projects where QuantumCFO can help. Together we will prioritize the list and agree on where you would like us to start and when.

FOUR

Finally, we will develop a plan to meet your needs and a proposal for you to approve.
